You said you liked your closed end Castleton but you wanted an “Open End” trailer; easier to keep clean, and you liked the stylish look. So we built one, and as we were designing it we added some more features for your benefit. You said open-end trailers pull harder in cross winds, makes perfect sense when you look at them. Look at the Castleton bulkhead and superstructure, clean simple lines; less objects for the wind to hook on to, more aerodynamic by design, simpler to wash.
Super Bee’s can be tricky to load, this one is designed around the “equal load” concept. The front and rear trailers are identical. each trailer has one mega hopper with two close-centered gates, fill each hopper with half the load and you’re ready to go. The only allowance you have to make is the difference between a light or heavy truck, which has to be shifted between the two trailers.
Of course “you want it like you want it,” not necessarily exactly like the one illustrated or the one you saw at the truck stop, so check the option list at your dealer and get it exactly “like you want it.” Makes perfect sense.
